These range from a mild "lunchtime" peel to an aggressive and deep peel. Peels create an even and controlled shedding of the skin.
As we age the natural exfoliation process slows down. This buildup prevents penetration of the products so they sit and plump the upper most layers only. The active solutions are set at a substantially lower PH level than the skins' natural levels. It works to "eat away" the buildup of cells on the face that can cause a multitude of issues. Peeling is a process and not usually a one time treatment. After the sessions, the skin returns to a natural healthy state.
Peels can, control acne, minimize lines, remove blackheads and reduce excess oils. Peels cannot remove blood vessels, change pore diametre, (though they appear less pronounced) change keloid scars and they are not a facelift.
