Glycolic acid is a member of the naturally occurring family of acids known as AHA"s (Alpha Hydroxy Acids). Glycolic acid is most effective in treating a variety of conditions including acne, dry or dehydrated, oily, mature or aged sun damaged skin. Dr. Goldhar has devised a unique cleansing procedure prior to the application to ensure the ultimate outcome resulting in a smooth, even, bright clean and clear complexion. Although most clients can return to normal activity some will experience pinkness or redness and on occasion minor crusting in small areas.
